Guest Services Manager
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the successful applicant will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience within a front of house role. The Guest Services Manager will assist in the smooth operation across all front of house departments ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service. As a Head of Department, you must be able to communicate with both your peers and subordinates and be able to take ownership for problems and make decisions when necessary as this role has a large degree of autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within this newly created, challenging role.
Wedding & Events Co-ordinator
We are looking for a self-motivated, personable and enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail to join our Sales and Events team. In addition, you must be able to show initiative and the dedication required to fulfil this demanding yet rewarding role.
Previous experience within an Events Coordinator role is essential preferably within a 4 or 5 star hotel or similar venue and experience of wedding coordination is highly desirable as the successful applicant will have primary responsibility for the majority of our weddings.
You must be IT literate and have a good command of written and spoken English.
You must also be flexible in terms of working hours and be able to work Tuesday to Saturday as your standard working week.

Food & Beverage Supervisor
We are looking for an exceptional, forward thinking, experienced supervisor to join our award winning Food and Beverage team and continue to drive forwards our excellent standards in guest care working within a venue which is renowned for its quality of service and attention to detail.
Working in both the Clocktower Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting Department, you will passionate about delivering the highest standards of service and have the ability to engage with our guests on a professional, yet personable basis. Experience of working within a four or five star establishment would be highly advantageous. Previous food and beverage supervisory experience is essential.
We require an additional Maintenance Assistant to join our busy team in early January. A plumbing background is highly desirable. Principle responsibilities include carrying out general maintenance repairs and duties required in the hotel, spa, golf and holiday park. You will need to be able to work well as part of a small team and with minimum supervision and have a practical, hands-on approach to your work. Own transport is essential and you will need to be flexible as the role includes working weekends and bank holidays and attending call-outs on a rota basis. You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
We are looking to recruit a Gardener to carry out the highest standards of general garden maintenance. Duties will include:
- Cutting, trimming lawns
- Weeding beds and borders, removing any unwanted debris
- Pruning shrubs
- Trimming hedges
- Dead heading perennials
- Sweeping and blowing paths and hard standings
- Cleaning company vehicles
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Carrying out other gardening related jobs as requested by the Gardens Supervisor
You must be qualified to Level 2 in Horticulture with a genuine enthusiasm for gardening, be self-motivated and willing to work hard with a desire to learn new skills.
