welcome to Clocktower

Clocktower combines a cosmopolitan fusion of interior design inspirations from all over the world with a menu of the finest locally sourced dishes.

The décor is stunning – from the magnificent Conservatory which has a 400 year old Catalonian olive tree through to the 27 foot limestone bar, attention has been paid to every detail. A hand-made pink crystal chandelier from France is the striking centrepiece to the dining room which features American black walnut, a glass wine wall, Moroccan wall lights, hand painted Brazilian wallpaper and waltzer seating.

Head Chef Eddie Gray designs seasonal menus around locally-sourced ingredients. His signature dish is “Roast Saddle of Local Rabbit, salsify, leek and rabbit pie”.

Visit Clocktower for a coffee in the Conservatory, a bar meal, or a three course meal in the restaurant. During summer months guests can also partake in a Clocktower summer picnic and enjoy traditional afternoon tea in our stunning gardens.

Clocktower offers a fun and lively, yet relaxed experience for everyone, no matter the occasion. Clocktower is one of the most popular restaurants in North Yorkshire, recognised not only for its excellent menu but also for its friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.

Open all day every day.
