HOLIDAY cottages - winter RATES 2007/08

Our first class furnished accommodation is available on a monthly basis for the period Saturday 27 October 2007 to Friday 14 March 2008. Certain properties are available on a weekly basis but please telephone us to discuss your requirements and to check on availability.

Each property is centrally heated and has a telephone.

Electricity & Gas Charges

  • Electricity charges for Cottages and Lodges are based on meter readings and usage invoiced monthly - payable within 14 days

If Council Tax is levied against the hirer it is their responsibility to pay this charge

Telephones – All Properties

If a guest is in a property for more than 2 weeks we are prepared to provide an open telephone line. The conditions are as follows: The weekly hire charge is £7 per week inc VAT. All calls are charged as per the BT tariff monthly in arrears. An additional £120 Bond is required for the open telephone line. Access to the internet is available by Wi-Fi – Vouchers to access Wi-Fi are available from Reception.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE NO SMOKING

To book any of our properties during the winter, a deposit of £500 is required. In the event of cancellation this sum is not returnable unless we are able to re-let for the same period in which case the deposit less a charge of £100 for expenses would be refunded.

Well-behaved and house-trained pets are permitted in all properties. Ducks Nest Loft has limited space and is not suitable for larger dogs.

Payment may be made by all major credit cards.

When you take up the accommodation the deposit paid will become the General Bond.
