We can offer you the chance to own a holiday home in mature parkland just yards away from an 18 hole golf course. There is a wide range of homes available, all of which can be used as holiday homes for eleven months of the year from March to January inclusive.

All of our holiday home owners have the use of all the facilities within the Park. From the shop and swimming pool to the golf course and Deer House pub, there is little need to move out of the Park.

Timber Lodges

You can choose the style and size of your timber lodge to suit your requirements. They are all well insulated and easy to maintain, with many having central heating and double glazing for your added comfort during the winter months.

Nestling amongst the mature trees, all lodges are fitted with mains water and drainage, metered 30 amp electric power, metered LPG gas and BT telephone connection.

Whichever lodge you choose, it will have plenty of space and comes beautifully furnished, making it the perfect place to relax all year round.

Repton Green

Repton Green is a new development of luxury holiday lodges adjacent to Rudding Park’s championship golf course. All of the lodges are furnished to a luxury standard and have the added benefit of full golf membership.

Our holiday homes have been carefully chosen to blend with the natural surroundings of the Park. Situated in their own area near the Park entrance, many of these homes sit in the shelter of the magnificent beech and oak trees.

These easy to maintain homes are all fitted with mains water and drainage, as well as metered electric power. BT telephone connections are also available.

Repton Short Couse is a stunning six hole, par 3 course, designed by renowned golf architect Martin Hawtree, created to USGA specifications.  The course can be played in an hour - fantastic for a quick golf fix.
