To make a reservation for any of our Festive Events please call 01423 871350.

A provisional booking can be made and held for up to two weeks at which
time we will require either a deposit or signed contract. The method of confirmation is dependant on the type of booking (corporate or private) and the numbers involved.

Should you sign a contract to confirm your booking the terms and conditions will be stated on the contract. Alternatively deposit and payment details are:

Deer House and Clubhouse Events
£10 deposit required within 14 days of a provisional booking being made, with full payment required by Friday 5 November. Menu pre-orders are required two weeks prior to the event date.

Clocktower Festive Dining
Full prepayment required within 14 days of a provisional booking being made. Menu pre-orders are required two weeks prior to date of booking.

Christmas Party Nights
£20 deposit required within 14 days of a provisional booking being made with full pre-payment required by Friday 5 November. Menu pre-orders required two weeks prior to the event date.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Monday Lunch & New Years Day
Full prepayment required within 14 days of provisional booking being
made. Pre-order not required.

Christmas Day & Boxing Day Lunch & New Year’s Eve
£20 deposit required within 14 days of a provisional booking being made with full pre-payment required by Friday 5 November. Pre-order not required.

Seasonal Accommodation
Any accommodation reserved must be guaranteed by a credit card or confirmed by a signed contract

Christmas and New Year’s Day Breaks
50% deposit required within 14 days of a provisional reservation being made with the final balance due by Friday 5 November.

Party Tables
Party tables will be in use for our Party Nights and Public Events. Smaller bookings may be placed together on a joint table to create a true party atmosphere.
