  • Payment Terms: Deposit - £100 per week. Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday.

SHORT BREAKS

WINTER RATES

Our first class furnished accommodation is available on a monthly basis for the period Saturday 30 October 2010 to Friday 25 March 2011. Certain properties are available on a weekly basis but please telephone us to discuss your requirements and to check on availability.

4 Weekly Terms – General Conditions All Properties

  • Minimum stay - four weeks
  • Rent payable monthly in advance
  • General Bond of £500

Electricity & Gas Charges

  • Electricity charges for Cottages and Lodges are based on meter readings and usage invoiced monthly - payable within 14 days
  • Heating charges for Cottages are based on meter readings and usage invoiced monthly - payable within 14 days
  • If Council Tax is levied against the hirer it is their responsibility to pay this charge

Weekly Terms – All Properties

  • Electricity and Central Heating included

Access to the internet is available by Wi-Fi – Vouchers to access Wi-Fi are available from Reception.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING

Payment Details

To book any of our properties during the winter, a deposit of £500 is required. In the event of cancellation this sum is not returnable unless we are able to re-let for the same period in which case the deposit less a charge of £100 for expenses would be refunded.

Payment may be made by all major credit cards.

When you take up the accommodation the deposit paid will become the General Bond.

Well-behaved and house-trained pets are permitted in all properties.
