Greenkeeping Staff

Rudding Park are looking to recruit for the following individuals to join their existing Greenkeeping Team in maintaining both their 18 hole and 6 hole short course: -
Greenkeeper - Qualified to NVQ Level II in Greenkeeping
Greenkeeper/Mechanic – Greenkeeping qualification not essential but must have an aptitude for mechanics
Greenkeeping Assistant – Must be competent in either horticulture or agriculture
All positions require working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.  Full training will be given as required.

Chef de Partie (Pastry) 

Working in both the Clocktower Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting kitchens, you will have a good solid background working within a high quality kitchen, preferably at 2 rosette level, be passionate about great food and fresh, local produce and have proven skills as a Pastry Chef de Partie working to exceptionally high standards. Receptionist

We are looking for a guest focused individual to join our Reception team working on both Hotel and House Reception areas.  A passion for guest relations and attention to detail are essential as are excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in using IT systems.  Previous experience within a similar environment would be highly desirable.  The position is full-time 5 days over 7 including evening and weekend work on a rota basis. 

Golf Assistants

We are looking for guest focused individuals to join our Golf team in early Spring working in both the retail and food and beverage departments at the Golf Clubhouse and Golf Academy.  Previous experience within a similar environment desirable and a knowledge of Golf would be advantageous, however outstanding customer care skills are a must in order to deliver a first class service to our Golf Members and guests.   Full-time 45 hours per week 5 over 7 days including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Food & Beverage Team Members (Junior, Supervisory & Managerial Level)

We are looking for exceptional, forward thinking people to continually drive forward our impeccable standards in guest care in a venue which is renowned for its quality of service and attention to detail.
A strong food and beverage background plus a passion to deliver a first class service are essential as is the ability to engage with our guests on a professional, yet personable basis.  Experience of working within a four or five star establishment would be highly advantageous. 

Assistant Housekeeper (Full-time)

A guest focused individual is required to join our busy housekeeping department ensuring that our excellent standards are maintained within the hotel and public areas.
The role will involve the supervision of Room Attendants therefore some experience of managing teams is required.  The individual will also deputise for the Deputy Housekeeping Manager in their absence assisting with stock control, dealing with guests’ requirements and undertaking training with staff ensuring that the policies and procedures in place are followed.  This is very much a hands-on role and therefore the successful candidate will be a team player whilst being able to work confidently on their own. 

Cleaners (Holiday Park)

Pool Attendant – Holiday Park

Individual required to monitor and control the outdoor swimming pool. Must have excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with the public and also have the confidence to take on this challenging role.  Other duties include pool maintenance including the use of chemicals and the cleaning of the changing rooms and toilets.
Cover required 5 days over 7 from 22 May to 5 September 2010.  Hourly rate £6.55
