Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing)
Principle responsibilities include carrying out any general maintenance, repairs and installation works required in the hotel, golf and holiday park. You will need to be able to work well as part of a team and with minimum supervision.
A strong plumbing background is essential. Own transport needed as role requires taking part in on-call rota including weekends and bank holidays.
Sales Manager
This is a fabulous chance for someone to really make their mark within this renowned hotel in North Yorkshire. Culturally this role would suit someone who has bags of enthusiasm, honesty, operational empathy and energy. Someone who is driven and yet not arrogant, assertive but not too pushy and above all someone who is enthusiastic and has a fire in their stomach who wants to live and breathe Rudding Park.
This is key role and we are looking for someone to be the face and ambassador for the company and someone who is driven by quality. Previous hotel sales experience is a must and the ability to work at a strategic level is essential. You will be working with a great team of people who are driven and want to succeed. A proven track record in proactive sales, in particular conference, events and agency sales, must be demonstrated within your application and previous experience of a resort style hotel would be favourable.
Chef de Partie (Pastry)
Working in both the Clocktower Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting kitchens, you will have a good solid background working within a high quality kitchen, preferably at 2 rosette level, be passionate about great food and fresh, local produce and have proven skills as a Pastry Chef de Partie working to exceptionally high standards. Golf Assistants
We are looking for guest focused individuals to join our Golf team in early Spring working in both the retail and food and beverage departments at the Golf Clubhouse and Golf Academy. Previous experience within a similar environment desirable and a knowledge of Golf would be advantageous, however outstanding customer care skills are a must in order to deliver a first class service to our Golf Members and guests. Full-time 45 hours per week 5 over 7 days including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
