Rudding Park’s championship course runs through the mature parkland that was originally laid out in the 18th century by the famous landscape designer, Humphrey Repton, from whom Repton Green takes its name. The 18 hole 6883 yard, par 72, course was designed by the renowned golf architect Martin Hawtree.

Lakes and bunkers, together with the extensive tees and greens, designed to USGA specifications provide a test for even the most discerning player. All weather tracks ensure that buggies can be used throughout the year.

Overlooking the 18th green, the clubhouse provides the perfect retreat for a relaxed meal or drink and the large terrace is especially popular on warm summer days. A fully equipped golf shop sells clothing and equipment from a range of brands.

The Golf Academy, staffed by our team of resident PGA Professionals, is an ideal facility for practice, advice and lessons. Our Professionals are able to provide tuition for all levels of ability from the complete beginner to the more experienced golfer.

The covered driving range is floodlit so whatever the weather there is no excuse not to practise. The 18 bay range is fully equipped with top quality balls, with some bays benefiting from electronic Supa Tees. In addition video technology and practice holes enable players to perfect all types of swing. A complete workshop for golf repairs and renovation is also on site – the ideal way to keep your clubs in the best condition.

Repton Green is just yards from the new six-hole short course which will have a signature hole replicating the infamous 17th hole at Sawgrass in Florida, due to open in 2008. Alongside this work is a further development of the Parkland to create an additional nine holes to be added to the current eighteen hole championship course also during 2008.
