1. Payment of Deposit
   A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking. The deposit is a booking fee and is non refundable. Should a booking be cancelled the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Payment of Balance
   The outstanding balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to resell the property should the balance payment not be received by the date due. If a booking is cancelled less than four weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be made.
3. Occupancy
   Under no circumstances may the number of people using the property exceed the maximum number stated. The benefit of the hire is personal to the hirer, no one other than the hirer and his family shall occupy the property.
4. Personal Belongings
   Baggage and personal belongings are at the hirer’s risk at all times. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or it’s contents.
5. Cleanliness, Breakages and Damage
   All properties should be left in a clean condition. Should any damage or breakage occur during your stay you will be help responsible and must make good. To assist in maintaining the high standard of our properties, please report all breakages or damage on or before your departure.
6. Linen and Towels
   Sheets, pillow cases, and personal towels are included in the holiday hire charge. Each bed is provided with a duvet and cover.
7. Cots and High Chairs
   We are happy to supply a cot and/or high chair providing they are booked in advance.
8. Pets
   We do accept pets in some of our properties, please contact us to check if pets are allowed in the property you wish to hire. You will be charged for any damage or fouling to the carpets or furnishing.
9. Smoking
   All properties are non smoking
