Special Wedding Offers
 
On certain dates in the year we are delighted to offer our wedding parties a very special price. Whilst these dates are unlikely to be a Friday or a Saturday (with the exception of January, February and March), there are many Sundays and Thursdays available – so why not make a long weekend of your special occasion. For details of which dates these special offers are available, please call us on 01423 871350.
 
Our offers are based on two package sizes with different minimum numbers.  However we would be happy to talk with you if your numbers exceeded these and give you an equally special price for your additional guests.
 
Civil Ceremony and Wedding Reception for 80 guests (in the Radcliffe Room) – save up to 30%
Civil Ceremony and Wedding Reception for 50 guests (in the Crosby Suite) – save up to 30%
 
These special packages include everything from your flowers to your food, from your civil ceremony licence to your disco so call us to find out our fantastic special offer prices. Full details are:
 
Civil Ceremony
  • Red carpet welcome
  • Private room for your Civil Ceremony
  • Civil Licence Fee
 Wedding Reception
  • A reception drink of Mulled Wine or Pimms per person
  • Canapés served with reception drinks (4 items per person)
  • 3 course Wedding Breakfast per person selected from Menu A
  • Half a bottle of house wine per person
  • A glass of sparkling wine per person to toast the happy couple
  • Use of Rudding Park’s cake stand and knife
  • A Toastmaster to take care of the day’s proceedings
  • A dedicated Duty Manager
  • A long and low floral arrangement to be used for both the Registrar’s table and the Top Table (floral content is the Florist’s choice, however colours and shape will be discussed with the Bride and Groom)
  • Flower table centre decorations – one per table of 10 guests
  • T-lights or candelabras on the table
  • Pillar lights in the Radcliffe Room
 Evening Party
  • Entertainment by either the Resident DJ or a Juke Box
  • Evening food - either a bacon or a chip butty per person

Accommodation

  • One night in a Suite for the Bride and Groom, including full Yorkshire breakfast and a bottle of champagne
  • On the night of your wedding 10 bedrooms plus full Yorkshire breakfast for your guest
  • A round of golf on the Repton Short Course for the Groom and 7 friends
