SPA ETIQUETTE
TREATMENT TIME
Your treatment time includes a brief consultation to
tailor your treatment to your exact needs.
ARRIVAL TIME
If you would like to enjoy the steam room and
monsoon shower facilities we recommend you arrive
30 minutes prior to your appointment. If not, please
arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment allowing
you time to change into your robe, slippers and
complete the consultation form. Please understand a
late arrival will mean your scheduled time is reduced
or unable to be honoured. The full price of your
treatment will still apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of treatments within 48 hours of
your booking will incur a 100% charge. A credit card
is required at the time of booking, to secure
your reservation.
For bookings of four or more guests and packages,
payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation terms and conditions for groups and
spa packages will depend upon the nature of the
booking and will be confirmed to you
at the time of booking.
PRICING
Please refer to the enclosed price list. We would
like to make guests aware we offer reduced
midweek prices, outside of the peak times which
are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays and
some seasonal dates.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Some treatments are not suitable for guests
with certain medical conditions. We request
that you draw to our attention any medical issues
or if you are seeing a GP for any reason when
making your booking.
ETIQUETTE
We request guests keep noise to a minimum and
switch mobile phones off before entering The Spa to
ensure other guests are not disturbed. All valuables
are left at the owners’ risk and The Spa will not
be held responsible for any loss or damage. Staff
reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time and
will not treat anybody who is or appears to be under
the influence of alcohol. We would ask that you use a
towel or your own swimwear should you wish to use
the steam room or monsoon shower facilities.
