CRYSTAL HEALING FACE THERAPY

Get the Glow! This therapeutic facial uses luxury
products, including semi-precious stones such
as garnet, jade and rose quartz. Ancient Tibetan
techniques awaken the energy lines in the face,
along with accupressure, warm poultices and crystal
massage. Your skin is awakened with a vital energy,
increased radiance and reduction in fine lines.
ILA CHAKRA WELLBEING
50 minutes OR 1 hour 15 minutes
This Indian inspired massage works on the muscles,
lymph and nervous system as a whole. Based
around seven blends of chakra-balancing essential
oils, chosen specific to your needs, each unique
treatment involves deep relaxation of the nervous
system, sensuous lymphatic drainage and subtle
healing of the chakras. Can include an optional
pouring of warm rose milk over the third eye in the
1 hour 15 minute ritual.
BLISSFUL HAMMAM RITUAL
1 hour
A traditional pure black olive soap and kessa glove polish
starts the cleansing process. The ‘Blissful’ scrub is
then massaged into the skin and a bio energy mud
envelops the body to restore full energy to your whole
system. Complete this luxury ritual with a pouring of
warm rose milk to nourish and calm the senses.
COMPLETE STRESS SOOTHER

This strengthening therapy uses powerful ingredients
in a targeted full body scrub to keep adrenal function
at optimal levels. Naturopathic warmed adrenal
packs direct the healing benefits of vetivert, pine,
cedarwood, ashwagandha and pfaffia. A restorative
Tibetan massage follows using warm poultices to
face and body.
RUDDING PARK JEWEL RITUAL

A luxurious journey starting with a full body polish
using mother of pearl and jasmine. You are then
embraced with Inner Peace Oil using ancient
Tibetan massage techniques and hot Himalayan
salt poultices to bring blood flow and life force to the
body and mind. An exquisite rose quartz healing
facial completes the ritual.
KUNDALINI TREATMENT
‘FOR SOUL NURTURING’

Working the back of the body, this deeply restorative
treatment uses herbal poultices, chakra and sound
healing. Tension is lifted from the body inducing a
deep sense of calm. Perfect for nurturing the soul.
