Management Trainee Programme

What is it?
A structured 12 month development programme designed to provide you with a holistic insight and practical application, into all areas of a successful hospitality business. Working hands on across all operational guest facing departments you will be fully immersed into the culture and business of Rudding Park and truly experience the industry from the ground up.

There will also be exposure to Commercial, Sales, HR and Finance departments.

What are the learning benefits?
You will receive one to one mentoring with regular feedback as well as monthly management trainee team meetings.
Completion of department objectives and a practical assignment aligned to the Food and Beverage placement time.
Prepare and deliver a presentation to the Senior Management Team at Rudding Park as part of your graduation.
During the year you will complete a Management and Leadership Course, run by Dale Carnegie.

Application Criteria
Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for Hospitality.
Must hold a UK/EU passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK.
Previous experience in a hospitality or guest facing role would be preferred but not essential. This programme can be tailored to your current level of experience, passion and appetite to take on responsibility and ownership.
Minimum requirement A Levels or equivalent i.e. High Education Qualification

Hours
12 months fixed term, full time, 40-hour contract.

Salary
£24,128
In addition, you will be entitled to enhanced pay and a share of the tronc (tips, paid quarterly) You will also be eligible for the Rudding Park team discounts and work perks.

Graduation
On successful completion of the programme you will receive a certificate and momento of your time at Rudding Park
