NEW: Aufguss Heatwave Disco Sauna
- On Friday and Saturday nights we hang a disco ball, turn up the music and let Aufguss off the leash a little. All the heat, oils and towel work you'd expect — with a soundtrack and a glitter-flecked ceiling.

NEW: Dip Buddy Sessions
- Our Brass Monkey ice baths are a lot easier with someone in your corner. In a Dip Buddy session, a member of the team talks you through the breathing, helping you settle into the cold and stay with it long enough to feel the good bit.
