Experience contemporary fine dining at 3 AA Rosette Horto Restaurant.
Latin for kitchen garden, Horto Restaurant uses seasonal ingredients from Rudding Park Kitchen Garden. The menu is dictated by nature, the skill of the Gardener and the flair of the Chef, Callum Bowmer who has been named 'Chef of the Year' (Harrogate Hospitality & Tourism Awards 2022).
The Kitchen Garden is such an integral part of the restaurant's ethos, we were delighted the MICHELIN GUIDE recently awarded Horto with a Michelin Green Initiative. This new distinction recognises establishments for the focus placed on the origin of the products, the respect of seasonality in the plates through to the balance of the menu. It also acknowledges the management of waste or the resources of the establishment and the capacity of the chef to make guests and teams aware of this sustainable approach.

Pre-booking is essential and we ask that you let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Availability for non-residents will be released one week prior and is bookable online
Children are welcome to visit and dine from the Horto menu. Alternatively, a children’s menu is available at Clocktower.
