Spa Membership FAQs

You will be given a personal wristband to enable member access privileges and locker access.  If you misplace your personal wristband notify The Spa immediately.  Replacements can be issued for a £10 fee.

You will be issued with a temporary spa membership card which you will need to show to obtain the discounts you are entitled to as a Spa Founder Member.

A limited number of lockers are available for members to hire for £12 per month (based on a minimum 12 month period).  If you would like to request a locker please email spamembership@ruddingpark.com

Lockers are 32 cm (W) x 34 cm (H) x 56 cm (D), and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

You are welcome to freeze your membership for between two and six months, to a maximum of six months in any rolling 12 month period.  A retaining fee (50% of your monthly subscription) will be charged for each month of the freeze, and if you are within a minimum contract, or pre-paid agreement, your membership will be extended by the period of the freeze. 

Please ensure you make your request by the 20^th of the month, to commence a freeze from the following month.

We are pleased to be working with Swimnow to offer swimming lessons at Rudding Park Spa.

All lessons are all individually tailored, as each person has different needs.

Swimnow start with an initial assessment lesson, this is a chance for the teacher and client to meet, discuss goals and set out some clear targets. The objective of the assessment lesson is to get an idea of ability and discuss a suitable programme.

Although they individually tailor each person’s plan, they have programmes based on common objectives:
