Cashless Venue
Rudding Park is a cashless venue and only accepts card payments.
Card Pre-Authorisation
As part of the check-in process, we will need to pre-authorise your credit or debit card using SOTpay, a secure authentication method. This ‘pre-authorisation’ is not a charge, it is simply to ensure the card is registered to the person using it. If you leave without settling your bill in person, the total invoice will be charged to the card on the file unless required otherwise).
Settlement of Account
I acknowledge the account as personal debt and agree full liability for settlement in the event the person, company or association fails to pay for any part of, or the full amount of the charged including any damages made during the stay or additional charges to cover repair or replacement.
Dietary Requirements
It is my responsibility to advise any special dietary requirements 48 hours prior to ordering. I also understand allergen information relating to all dishes is available on request; however, due to preparation it is not possible to guarantee the total segregation of any allergens.
Spa, Swimming Pool and Gym
I recognise there may be inherent risks associated with using gym equipment, use of the spa facilities or receiving spa treatments. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for my own health; that Spa staff are not healthcare practitioners and cannot be expected to diagnose and/or treat individual health problems. I confirm I will disclose any disability, impairment or ailment that that prevents me receiving treatments or using the Thermal and Hydrotherapy facilities prior to taking part in these experiences.
I understand I am responsible for following all recommendations of use of cold water therapy and will not use these facilities should I have any of the following pre-existing conditions:
- Unmanaged high or low blood pressure
- Heart condition
- Be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or use the Ice Baths after eating a large meal or whilst feeling generally unwell.
I understand I must wear the slippers or flip flops provided whilst using The Spa at all times and guests aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the Roof Top Spa and having a treatment.

All offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Terms and conditions are subject to change. All offers are correct at time of publication, refer to the current rates valid and are for new bookings only. Pre-booking is essential. Offers cannot be applied to gift vouchers or special/public events unless otherwise stated.

Accommodation Offers: All dates offered are subject to availability and can change on a daily basis. Offers will be based on double or twin occupancy in a Ribston Wing Room unless otherwise stated. Bookings can only be made directly with the hotel unless otherwise stated. The offer rate quoted is an advance purchase rate and is paid in full at time of booking. No refunds, changes or transfers will be made. Any offer including dinner is based on a £49 food allowance per adult and dinner reservations start from 6pm.
Non Residential Clocktower and Horto Offers:
Applies to non residents only. Offers relate to food only and for guests choosing three or more courses unless otherwise stated. Dinner reservations start from 7pm.
Non Residential Golf Offers: Tee times must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.
