Who can join?
Corporate and charity organisations who spend a minimum of £10,000 with us during the financial year* are welcome to apply for membership.

*Financial year runs from 1 November to 31 October

Rudding Rewards recognises long-term partnerships through tiered membership levels, based on total qualifying spend over the financial year, unlocking added experiences along the way.

  • Your membership level is based on total annual spend
  • Levels are reviewed annually
  • Progression is automatic - no application required
  • All members earn £1 credit for every £100 of gross spend (excluding VAT), regardless of membership level

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Rudding Rewards is available to corporate and charity organisations only
  • Minimum spend requirement is £10,000 per annum (1 November – 31 October)
  • Spend excludes externally hired items such as third-party activities, AV or structures
  • Credit earned in one financial year expires on 31 January following the year end
  • Credit facilities (excluding standalone accommodation) are subject to satisfactory credit checks and require a 50% advance deposit for events
  • Credit is awarded on bookings made directly with us and is non-commissionable
  • Membership renewal, amendment or cancellation is at our discretion
  • Credit may be redeemed by an individual or as part of a company-wide benefit scheme
  • We are not responsible for how organisations choose to allocate or manage credit internally
  • All redemptions are subject to availability at the time of booking
