Discover our Apprenticeship Programme Skills for life
Skills for life
Apprenticeships are about more than learning a job. They’re about building confidence, developing lifelong skills and creating real career pathways in hospitality.
From front of house to behind the scenes, our apprentices are gaining hands-on experience every day - supported by our teams, learning on the job and shaping their futures. Meet the people behind our apprenticeship programme and discover how skills for life are built across the resort.
Why choose a hospitality apprenticeship
Hospitality is about people first - that’s what makes it such a powerful place to build skills for life.
Every day brings new challenges, new faces and new opportunities to learn. From working as part of a team and communicating with confidence, to developing technical expertise and leadership skills, hospitality offers hands-on experience that can’t be taught in a classroom alone.
