We're holding a recruitment evening for people interested in joining our team. This is a chance to meet us, ask questions, and get a feel for what working here is like.

What to expect

This isn't a standard open day. Instead, discover hands-on sessions so you can get a real feel for the craft behind what we do. You'll also hear from people who've built careers here, progressing from their first role into positions they're proud of.

Who we're looking for 

We're currently building our teams across front of house, food and beverage, and the kitchen — but if you're drawn to hospitality in any form, we'd love to meet you. Whether you've worked in hotels for years, you're switching careers, or you've never set foot in a professional kitchen — the evening is open to you.
