Soap Box Derby

Get ready to build, race and laugh your way to the finish line! Soap Box Derby brings out your team’s creativity and competitive spirit as you design and build your very own wacky race car. With costumes on and engines (well… pedals!) ready, it’s time to take on the track and race for glory!

How it works
Teams start in their pit stop, sketching ideas before taking on fun challenges to earn parts and materials for their build. Once your race car is complete, it’s time for the parade lap, safety checks and then the main event: a series of thrilling races around the course. Points are awarded for race performance as well as creativity, teamwork and design, all leading to a high-energy podium finale.
