The Setting

Rudding House sits at the heart of 300 acres of mature, landscaped parkland where almost every corner has a Pinterest-worthy moment.

In summer, wisteria climbs the walls of the Jupiter Terrace in full bloom creating a ready-made backdrop. Ancient oak trees from the old Knaresborough Forest offer frame scroll-stopping photographs. Mother nature arrives in the Kitchen Garden with seasonal colour. Between May and September discover Love Island, a private island on the lake in the grounds, to toast your first married moments.

Our versatile spaces offer everything you need to create a day that feels effortlessly you - whether that's intimate, grand, charming, traditional or whimsical.

• Radcliffe Room: up to 180 guests - soaring ceilings and a dancefloor
• Crosby Suite: up to 72 guests - its own bar, dance floor and sweeping views across the Vale of York
• Reception rooms: each one unique with it's own history - high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, garden views
• The Chapel: a 19th century chapel, perfect for blessings
• FIFTY TWO: up to 20 guests, for couples who care as much about what’s on the table as who’s around it
